ReadNextList is owned and operated by Cora Press (Laurel Park, NC), an independent editorial and review publication. We curate speculative fiction — short stories, book reviews, weekly picks, and reader resources.

You agree to use ReadNextList only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content without written permission
• Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

You may create a free account to participate in polls, save preferences, and receive our newsletter. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

No transfer of copyright. Submitting, uploading, or sharing content with ReadNextList — including short stories, book chapters, images, comments, or any other communication — does not transfer your copyright or any other intellectual property rights to Cora Press or ReadNextList. You retain all ownership rights in your original content.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the copyright in that content (or have obtained all necessary permissions), and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Short story submissions. By submitting a short story to ReadNextList, you grant Cora Press a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that story on ReadNextList and in any related promotional materials, in any medium now known or later developed. This license does not prevent you from publishing your story elsewhere.

Comments, messages, and images. By sending any comments, messages, or images to ReadNextList — including via contact forms, email, social media, or any other channel — you grant Cora Press a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and incorporate that content on ReadNextList and in promotional materials for ReadNextList and Cora Press, in any medium now known or later developed.

All editorial content on ReadNextList — reviews, story publications, weekly picks, commentary, and site design — is owned by Cora Press or its contributors and is protected by copyright.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts (with attribution), but you may not reproduce full articles, stories, or reviews without written permission.

ReadNextList links to book pages on Amazon and other retailers for reader convenience. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or any other retailer. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

ReadNextList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our editorial reviews represent the opinions of our reviewers and are not endorsements or guarantees of any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cora Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use ReadNextList.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
